Resubmission Questions
UPC
Your rebate submission is invalid due to a missing UPC.
This means that a legible UPC bar code was not received, or the UPC received
was not the correct product for this promotion. You will need to send either
the original or a copy of the product code; which is a 12-digit number under
the bar code. Ten digits are directly under the bar code with one digit to
the left and one digit to the right, usually beginning with a zero or a seven.

Purchase Date
Your submission is invalid due to purchase date. The
purchase date must fall within the promotion time frame specified on the rebate

Missing Original Receipt
Your submission is invalid due to a missing original
receipt. This means that a legible copy of your receipt was not received with
your rebate submission. Most stores can reprint your receipt, especially if
you paid with a credit card and you know the exact date of the purchase. Please

SKU
Your submission is invalid due to a missing SKU. This
means that a legible copy of the product SKU was not received with your submission.
The SKU is a series of numbers which are unique to the type or model purchased
and can usually be found on the store receipt. Please note that most stores
can reprint your receipt, especially if you paid with a credit card and you

Serial Number
Your submission is invalid due to a serial number. This
means that the serial number was not submitted or the serial number submitted
does not match the serial number assigned to the promotion. Rebate promotions
are specific as to what products are to be purchased. Please send all resubmissions

Postmark Date
Your submission is invalid due to postmark date. The
postmark date is the date on which the Post Office stamps your envelope. You
cannot qualify for a promotion if you do not mail your rebate by the specified
postmark date located on the rebate coupon or on the rebate website. Please

Internet. We have not yet received supporting documents for this promotion.
